The death of Indian TV serials in race of TRP’s

0

The world of television is amazing. It depicts most of the things in a very artificial manner which is beyond the level of truth. Though, serials sound entertaining but they are woven into a spider wave which begins at north and ends in south and sometimes, stories and characters get entangled and some new stories cook up wherein the link of the former story gets missing.

RNA INTERFERENCE IS NOT NEEDED TO STOP AGING

RNA INTERFERENCE IS NOT NEEDED TO STOP AGING

It is sorrowful to notice that the scenes are absorbed in too much euro-centrism where the glamour is more important than the roles. Such beautiful ambiance: big rich houses, based only on business classes. Someone is falling in love and someone is falling out of it. Love is highlighted in a sophisticated and chivalrous manner where the male protagonist is carrying his lady in his arms. Pleasure of being in a relationship is highly romanticized. Directors channel themselves and prove that they are the only one who are talented and project their lives, may be they are the one who live such lavish and showbiz life.

DESTINY TESTS TRUE LOVE IN INDIAN SERIALS

TRP is the most important thing. Everything is sold here for those market points. The most enthralling thing one can witness in serial is conflict arising between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law. So, no need to write dialogues for such scenes because it is something which happens in every married woman’s life. Revenge is the most fascinating event in most of these serials. Without revenge, serials cannot move on.

MEMORY LOSS CAN BE CURED BY TRUE LOVE

MEMORY LOSS CAN BE CURED BY TRUE LOVE

This a humble request to those TRP directed directors that they must focus on bringing change in the society because they have promoted patriarchy to a huge extent and have made the Indian households realize that the only visible truth of the society that rich people can only survive in this wicked world but now they must focus on those people’s world who have been alienated and face isolation separately because rich people don’t have the courtesy to help them.

The heavy as clothing

T.V. industry must grow with a theme which includes all and excludes none. It can do wonders to help in changing the mindset of people and instead of showing the conflicts between the daughter-in-law and mother-in-law, they must focus on promoting sisterhood. Sisterhood is the most important element which can help us to abolish patriarchal norms and new concepts related to motherhood must be promoted. Serials must stop focusing on andro-centrism rather they should promote feminism wherein the characters are assigned roles which have depth and are real.
